ご希望の作品はe-mailまたはFAX、電話でお申込いただければ、ヤマト便の代金引換にてお送りいたします。
運賃、代引き手数料は、全国一律1,000円です。
Please apply by e-mail, fax or telephone. I will send your item and you pay cash on delivery to the delivery man.
The commission for fare and cash on delivery is the same anywhere in Japan, it’s 1,000 Yen.

ご希望の作品の品番、品名、サイズ、色、数量をお知らせ下さい。
お客様のお届け先の住所、電話番号をご注文時にお知らせください。
多くの作品は、手づくりのため在庫の数量は少数です。
ご注文をいただいてから制作する場合もありますので、ご了解ください。
ご注文をいただき次第、こちらから何時ごろお送りできるのか、e-mailまたはFAX、お電話でお客様のご希望の方法で日時をお知らせいたします。
作品のお送りする準備ができた段階で、あらためてご連絡いたします。お客様のご希望の指定日、時間もご希望があればその時に指定できます。
鋳心ノ工房では現在ホームページに掲載している作品以外にも多数制作しています。ご希望の方にはカタログをお送り致しますのでご連絡下さい。
Instructions for ordering
Please inform us of the product number, item name, size, color, quantity of the product you want. and please inform us of the address and telephone number of your addressee at the time of ordering.
Most work is handmade, so the stock quantity is small. Since it may be produced after receiving your order, please understand it will take time. As soon as we receive your order, we will inform you of the date and time by e-mail, fax or by telephone, depending on what time we can send you the items.
We will contact you again when we are ready to send the goods. You can specify the date you wish, at that time as well.
We are currently producing numerous goods besides work posted on the homepage.
